We Love to XPLORE

Although only one of us is retired (not me:), we decided last year that we should not postpone our RV dreaming any longer! We purchased a gently used 34' Hurricane Class A. With my work schedule last summer, most of our get-aways were 3 day weekends to Ohio Parks. We did, however, get to spend a week in June following the Ohio River through Southern Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. Then in September, we took a 10 day trip to Michigan, spending most of it in the Upper Peninsula.

Our packing checklist always includes our Trek Bicycles, a fun way to sight see....and often easier on the knees then hiking:) We also paddle around in an inflatable 2 person Sea Eagle Kayak. We both have Canon digital elph cameras, which each of us brings, because we tend to photograph different subjects. The laptop comes along, not only for the internet, but also to download and edit photos in the evenings. That helps us to come home with 200, not 2000, photos per trip!
